The Contestant represents and warrants that she:

Is single and has never been married.
Shall have attained the age of 18 on or before May 1, 2026.
Is fluent in English.
Was assigned female at birth.
Has a good moral reputation and has not posed nude for any magazines or online platforms.
Is not married or pregnant during the period from crowning as Miss Supreme USA to the crowning of the new queen in the following Miss Supreme USA pageant.
Is familiar with global issues.
Has not been convicted of any crime.
Does not use any drugs, legal or illegal.

Your application will be considered INCOMPLETE without a photo

STEP 3: Watch for an email within one week. Check your SPAM folder! Participants MUST first be admitted for eligibility by the national office.

STEP 4: APPOINTED TITLES -Applicants will be contacted with additional submission requirements. There may be additional submission requirements and a waiting period. You may be asked to consider a regional or at-large national title.

STEP 4: ACCEPTING A TITLE - If offered a national title, an initiation fee will be required immediately. Acceptance of a title is an agreement to represent your state at the national pageant.
