Contestants must:

•  be fluent in English.

• have been assigned female at birth.

• have a good moral reputation and has not posed nude for any magazines or online platforms.

• Is familiar with global issues.

• Has not been convicted of any crime.

• Does not use any drugs, legal or illegal.

Miss Supreme Teen contestants are between the ages of 13 & 17

and may not be married or pregnant during the period from crowning as Miss Supreme Teen  or Miss Supreme Teen USA to the crowning of the new queen in the following Miss Supreme Teen or Miss Supreme Teen USA pageant.

Miss Supreme contestants are 18 and up

and may not be married or pregnant during the period from crowning as Miss Supreme Teen  or Miss Supreme Teen USA to the crowning of the new queen in the following Miss Supreme Teen or Miss Supreme Teen USA pageant.

Mrs. Supreme contestants are over the age of 21 

and must be married and remain married during the period from crowning as Mrs. Supreme or Mrs. Supreme USA to the crowning of the new queen in the following Mrs. Supreme or Mrs. Supreme USA pageant.
